Technical Support is defined as "services provided in an attempt to solve customer specific problems with a product.” Standard Technical Support does not include training customers on software or hardware functionality or any other hardware or software issue where there is user related error. The purpose of Standard Technical Support is to assist in troubleshooting system errors, not to provide assistance with using or learning the POS System or Software. In order to ensure that support resources are available to provide the level of service our customers expect, we mandate a structured program of the minimum required training accompany any point of sale system deployment.
We recognize that the hospitality industry experiences a substantially higher employee turnover rate than many other industries. In order to address this unique situation, we offer on-demand training classes, refresher courses and several other training options customized to every user’s specific requirement. Training is available on the whole gamut of Point-of-Sale System operations, from Menu Programming to Front of House operations, Manager Functions, Enterprise Reporting, etc. Training can be provided in a one-on-one or group basis, either in-person or on-line through web sessions.
